CARA GULUNG DINAMO 1 PHASE

Cara Gulung Dinamo 1 Phase

Assallamualaikum wr. wb,ini adalah postingan pertama Admin untuk website www.jasarewinding.com . Dalam artikel ini saya akan menunjukkan kepada teman-teman, cara rewinding/gulung dan merenovasi motor listrik 1 phase.Pada langkah pertama saya akan menunjukkan kepada Anda bagaimana cara membongkar motor listrik, melepas bantalan, membuat diagram lilitan, menggulung motor, memilih kapasitor yang tepat dan memasang kembali dengan bantalan baru.Rewinding adalah proses yang sangat panjang. Butuh waktu sekitar dua hari untuk memundurkannya, mengganti semua komponen lama dan memasang kembali.

1.Cara mengetahui Perbedaan Phase Motor

Cara gulung dinamo 1 phase

Motor 1 phase biasanya memiliki dua kumparan, utama dengan resistansi yang lebih besar (menghasilkan medan magnet yang berdenyut) dan tambahan dengan resistansi yang lebih kecil (memberikan motor rotasi arah). Harus ada kapasitor pada motor. Nilainya berbeda untuk mesin listrik yang berbeda (untuk mesin listrik yang lebih kecil sekitar 20 microF). 2 kapasitor dapat di motor, kapasitor “Run” (selalu terhubung, kapasitor bernilai lebih rendah) dan kapasitor “Start” (terhubung dengan sakelar sentrifugal, kapasitor bernilai lebih tinggi)

2: Alat yang dibutuhkan

Menggulung dan membongkar motor adalah pekerjaan yang sangat memakan waktu, jika Anda tidak memiliki peralatan profesional. Anda membutuhkan alat berikut:

– Alat dasar (obeng, palu, kunci pas),Katrol untuk bantalan,Pahat, untuk memotong belitan lama,Butana obor (atau perangkat pemanas lainnya)

Bahan khusus:Kawat tembaga,Isolasi kertas,Stator lacing thread,Pelumas Semprot (WD-40 atau serupa),Pernis motor

3.Membongkar Motor

Langkah Pertama lepaskan penutup pelindung kipas. Biasanya penutup tidak dikencangkan dengan sekrup pada housing tetapi hanya terpasang pada housing.Masukkan semua bagian motor yang dilepas ke dalam satu kotak agar Anda tidak kehilangannya.Panaskan kipas motor dengan perlahan dan lepaskan. Berhati-hatilah agar Anda tidak merusaknya,anda bisa melepaskannya dengan dua obeng besar.Setelah melepaskan kipas motor, lepaskan penjepit dari sumbu.

Buka sekrup yang menahan penutup seperti di gambar. Lepas penutup motor dan letakkan di dalam kotak bersama bagian lain.Buka sekrup yang menahan penutup depan (seperti yang Anda lakukan sebelumnya). Lepaskan penutup depan dengan rotor keluar dari housing utama dan letakkan di dalam kotak dengan bagian lain.

Buka sekrup yang menahan penutup atas. Lepaskan penutup atas dan segelnya dan masukkan ke dalam kotak bersama bagian lainnya.Lepaskan semua kabel dan klip listrik. Lepaskan kapasitor, jika Anda memiliki satu di motor.

4.Diagram Gulungan

Apa itu diagram Gulungan?

Diagram Gulungan adalah diagram yang membantu Anda untuk menggulung motor. Ini menunjukkan bagaimana kumparan stator terhubung satu sama lain.Hitung jumlah slot (celah di stator, lihat gambar).Total ada sekitar 24 celah.

Kemudian panaskan gulungan lama, sehingga Anda membakar pernis lama, tetapi hati-hati, Anda tidak boleh merusak kabel tembaga.Ketika Anda dapat dengan jelas melihat kumparan panas terhubung, pilih salah satu kabel output dan menggambar jalur itu dengan panah.

5.Memotong Gulungan

Gunakan palu dan pahat untuk memotong lilitan lama. Usahakan untuk tidak merusak lamel stator. Anda dapat melanjutkan ketika Anda memotong lilitan lama di satu tempat.Panaskan sisi lain gulungan lama dan tarik keluar menggunakan linggis. Lakukan ini untuk semua gulungan.Kemudian Sampai stator panas, bersihkan celah dengan obeng atau tongkat besi, tetapi jangan merusak lamelar stator.

6.Melepas Pulley ,Cover Depan & Bearing

lepaskan sekrup atau tongkat logam pengaman, lalu tarik katrol dengan penarik dari sumbu. Jika perlu, panaskan katrol (bukan sumbu !!!!) dengan butan torch.Pasang penutup pada kayu, sehingga rotor tidak menyentuh bagian bawah. Letakkan potongan kayu pada sumbu rotor dan pukul dengan palu sampai rotor terlepas dari penutup.Kemudian gunakan penarik untuk melepaskan bantalan di kedua sisi. Anda tidak boleh merusak poros rotor.

7.Memasang Kertas Isolasi Stator

Sebelum kembali memasang kertas isolator pastikan anda sudah membersihkan seluruh bagian dari partikel debu yang melekat di housing.Letakkan kertas isolasi di atas meja, dan letakkan penggaris di atasnya, sehingga Anda mendapatkan celah sekitar 4mm di mana Anda akan memasukkan kertas isolasi dan kemudian memutarnya.Ukur panjang celah, dan tambahkan sekitar 16mm (tergantung bagaimana Anda akan memutar kertas). Potong dan putar seperti yang saya lakukan pada gambar. Gunakan obeng untuk menekuknya dan memasukkannya ke celah. Ini harus pas sehingga Anda tidak bisa menariknya keluar

8.Menggulung Lilitan

Cara gulung dinamo 1 phase

Buat model koil dengan satu kawat sehingga menyisakan sedikit lebih banyak ruang. Letakkan di “Penggulung” untuk mendapatkan jarak. Lepaskan model dan atur penggulung ke jarak yang benar, kemudian mulailah lilitan koil (Anda menuliskan jumlah kabel dalam gulungan sebelumnya). Anda dapat menggunakan jarak yang sama untuk penggulung untuk gulungan yang sama.

Hati-hati saat menggulung di stator. Ini bisa memakan waktu lama untuk dilakukan. Pelan-pelan saat menggulung agar Anda tidak merusak pernis kabel. Putar gulungan sehingga kabel ujungnya akan keluar di samping, di mana lubang dari stator ke klip listrik.Hubungkan gulungan sesuai dengan diagram lilitan. Hapus isolasi, lalu solder kawat tembaga dan mengisolasi mereka dengan panas menyusut. Hubungkan kabel normal dengan kabel ujung gulungan, dan mengisolasi mereka dengan heat shrink. Kawat mereka ke klip listrik.Ikat kumparan dengan benang pengikat stator. Jahit stator lancing di sekitar gulungan, seperti yang Anda lihat pada gambar.

Selesai sudah proses menggulung selanjutnya tahap pemasangan kembali part motor yang tadi sudah di bongkar.
